Manifest Waist Beads

Garnet -The birthstone of January, known as the "Stone of Health". It represents Rejuvenation and Stability. These stones are used to keep negativity at bay and revitalize and boost energy levels.

*Use measuring tape to measure where you'd like the waist beads to sit (whether its mid-waist or low at the hips). Please measure not too loose and not too tight, we want you to move freely in your beads. If you don't have measuring tape on hand, you can find your desired size by wrapping a piece of string, yarn, or dental floss around your waist. Make sure the string is not too snug and you can breathe freely and comfortably. Avoid taking your measurement while your inhaling; make the mark while you exhale. You can mark the length with your finger then cut the string. If you don't have scissors you can use a permanent marker to mark when the two ends of the string touch. Use a ruler or tape measure tool to measure its length. If your using a ruler you may have to use it more than once. Keep track of where it ends with your finger, remove the ruler, then start over from the same spot. (Make sure the string is straight when you line it up next to the ruler.)
